Being a bully is someone who likes to over power people when they feel down. Being unkind to me is like not using your manners. Sometimes that person might be going through some rough situations at home and it begins to make them feel down so they go to others and bully to make themselves feel better. I don't think being kind or unkind comes natural. To me it's something that is taught or is caused by a certain situation. Today in Mrs. Kallas class we are working on taking Initiative. Initiative is so important because one day the teacher is gonna walk out to do something and she's gonna ask you to take charge. Sometimes you may make a mistake and you need to own up to it. For example, This week I accidentally put laps by the wrong name because someone was misbehaving. I told Mrs. Smith and she removed them. I also had to get the kids from lunch and so I was In charge of making sure they where following directions. To me, taking Initiative means to take charge when someone else backs down. Their are so many ways to take Initiative In and out of your class room. Here is a list of ten ways you can do so. 1. Never stand still. When you don't stand still you stand out. It allows you to search for new solutions and be more creative and productive of your time. 2. Do more than what is required of you. Scenario 1 You left campus for lunch and when you returned to campus you missed the bus that transports EAT interns  to your field site campus.  You don’t have a car, but your boyfriend (girlfrien d) said that he (she) could take you to your field site.  You took him (her) up on the offer.  When you boarded the bus to return to your home campus, another intern asked why you weren’t on the bus earlier.  You asked the intern not to point this out to your EAT teacher, Mrs. Crabapple, since no harm was done. Response I left the campus for lunch and when I came back I missed the bus that transports me to my EAT intern field site. I don't have a car so I called my mom and my teacher, Mrs.Kallas,  to let them know what the si tuation was. My mom came and picked me up and finally I made it to my school. When I got on the bus to go to my home campus, another intern asked why I wasn't on the bus earlier. I said I missed the bus because I left to get lunch....
